Cookies

Data retention period

The retention period of individual cookies depends on their type and purpose and is specified in the separate cookie table Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain stored on your device for the period specified in the cookie table, unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent where consent is required.

Right of access by the data subject

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, you have the right to access such personal data and additional information pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation or Section 21 of the Act.

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if the conditions of Article 18 of the Regulation or Section 24 of the Act are met (e.g. the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data; the processing of personal data would be unlawful; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject needs them to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data).

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data that we carry out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us, or where the processing is based on our legitimate interest or that of a third party, including profiling related to it. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, insofar as it is related.

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain from us the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit the personal data obtained in this way to another controller without our hindering you. Such portability of personal data is possible if your personal data has been processed based on consent or a contract and if the processing has been carried out by automated means. If your personal data is processed based on consent, you, as the data subject, are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to the withdrawal of this consent.

The transfer of personal data to third countries
